Rear Shocks:
ARA-2372 - Shock Set 11mm Bore, 109mm Length, 2x1.3mm Piston, 500cSt Oil
Rear Springs:
ARA330713 - 70mm / Stiffness 6.05lb/in (1.06N/MM

If the screws are pictured, they are included. If not, they are most likely sold separately in our hardware set for that model.
