1/10 Enduro Trailwalker Portal+ 4x4 Trail Truck RTR

A performance rig built to endure. When hitting the trail, you want to do it with confidence and the answer is the Enduro Trailwalker Portal Plus Trail Truck!

Enduro Trailwalker Portal+ Overview

The Trailwalker Portal Plus RTR features high-clearance portal axles. These portal axles include all-metal gears, ball bearings, and a larger pocket for a heavier-duty inner input bearing. With almost an inch more clearance than our standard straight axles, these axles are a perfect fit for the Enduro line-up.

The Enduro Trail Truck comes ready for adventure right out of the box, with performance-driven electronics. The ultra-smooth and powerful 14-turn 5-slot brushed crawler motor is matched with a 2-in-1 electronic speed controller and receiver. Controlling the beast on the trail is a 4-channel 2.4GHz radio and Reedy Power high-torque metal gear servo.

With all this packed in one box, the Enduro Trail Truck is ready for the trail – Are you?

Body Features

All in the details. No trail truck would be complete without a detailed and realistic looking body. The Trailwalker Portal Plus RTR is just that, with inspired styling from the 70s and 80s.

The Trailwalker Plus comes equipped with a high-strength polycarbonate body that has been pre-painted with a glossy metallic finish. This body was designed for both looks and function, featuring a single-piece design with detachable bed topper, roll bar, injection-molded bumper and D-rings, windshield wipers, faux spare tire mount with cover, folding mirrors, and front grille.

The Trailwalkers pivoting side mirror design reduces the risk of losing mirrors while on trial. Drive your rig with confidence knowing it can handle navigating through tight, technical rock features.

Out of the box, the Trailwalker Portal Plus is ready to tackle the elements – your journey begins here!

Behind-the-axle steering provides better approach angles, more clearance, and a cleaner look. Bolt-on aluminum steering plates allow for more adjustments, strength, and future modifications.

Integrated Servo Winch Mount

Mounting a winch directly to the chassis is the strongest and most reliable spot on any trail rig. Positioned alongside the steering servo for overall chassis balance and weight distribution.

Portal Axles

When it comes to rock crawling, ground clearance is crucial. That’s why the Trailwalker Portal Plus RTR includes high-clearance portal axles. With almost an inch of added center axle clearance, over standard straight axles, getting over tough obstacles is a breeze. To battle the massive amount of torque inherent with portal axles, the axle utilize metal gears throughout, and also use six screws to hold the portal gear boxes tight. With that many screws it means a stronger portal box and less chance of gears pulling apart under heavy loads.

Stealth® X Transmission src="https://www.horizonhobby.com/on/demandware.static/-/Sites-horizon-master/default/PDPImages/ASC40131_PP_08.jpg"
class="img-fluid">

Stealth® X Transmission

Included is the performance-proven Stealth® X transmission that features the ability to adjust the rear drive ratio. In the box you get the standard 5.7% and 11.83% gear options. Paired with the portal axles with zero percent underdrive, this is the perfect mild setup for the average crawler. If even more underdrive in the rear is desired, an optional 12/23 tooth gear set is available separately for an additional 36% overdrive from axle-to-axle alone!
